Manage Your Menu
UrbanPiper integration allows you to centrally manage your menu content for all ordering channels.
If your menu is managed on your POS, please ingest the menu from the POS to the UrbanPiper platform. Once the menu is updated on UrbanPiper, you can publish the changes to Keeta by performing a menu publish.
You can track the status of your menu publishing requests in the Publish Logs.
If the publishing is successful, your changes will reflect on Keeta.
If any errors occur, check the Error Report, make the required corrections, and republish the menu.
Handling errors
"Category title should be unique."
Each category has unique title, regardless of case sensitivity.
Review and remove duplicate category titles.
"Number of categories should not exceed 100."
Total number of categories should not exceed 100 in count.
Modify your menu such that the total number of categories does not exceed 100.
"Duplicate item names not allowed in a single category"
Items under a category should have a unique name.
Review and rename/remove duplicate item names under respective categories.
"Restricted keywords in category title."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the category titles has blacklisted words.
"Restricted keywords in category description."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the category descriptions has blacklisted words.
"Item title must be unique across the menu."
Item names should have a unique throughout the menu.
Review and rename/remove duplicate item names.
"Items count should not exceed 2000."
Total number of items should not exceed 2000 in count.
Modify your menu such that the total number of items does not exceed 2000.
"Duplicate option group names not allowed in a single item."
Option groups under an item should have a unique name.
Review and rename/remove duplicate option group names under respective items.
"Restricted keywords in item title."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the items has blacklisted words.
"Restricted keywords in item description."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the item descriptions has blacklisted words.
"Item images must have the extension of .jpeg, .jpg, .png or .webp"
Item images uploaded must have one of these extensions.
Change images to follow these one of these extensions.
"Option groups count should not exceed 2000."
Total number of option groups should not exceed 2000 in count.
Modify your menu such that the total number of option groups does not exceed 2000.
"Restricted keywords in option group title."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the option group titles has blacklisted words.
"Restricted keywords in option group description."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the option group descriptions has blacklisted words.
"Duplicate option names not allowed in a single option group."
Options under an option group should have a unique name.
Review and rename/remove duplicate option names under respective options groups.
"Maximum of 10000 options allowed."
Total number of options in a menu should not exceed 10000 in count.
Modify your menu such that the total number of options does not exceed 10000.
"Option images must have the extension of .jpeg, .jpg, .png or .webp"
Option images uploaded must have one of these extensions.
Change images to follow these one of these extensions.
"Options count should not be less than minimum selectable."
An option group requires minimum of options to be selected.
Ensure minimum number of options are selected for a given option group.
"Restricted keywords in option title."
Keywords like "bacon" and "pork" are blacklisted.
Ensure none of the option titles has blacklisted words.
