User behaviour tracking, to support this, UrbanPiper provides integrations with:

A. Google Analytics: (only for websites) 
This service is available for free and setup during initial on-boarding. This has support for understanding user journeys, funnel and cohort analysis for transactions.

How do you get the Google Analytics access?
Drop an email to [email protected] with the emails that have to be given the GA Dashboard access for your business along with the designated permissions[Edit/Collaborate/Read & Analyze]

B. Mixpanel: (both websites & apps) 
This is a paid solution with a free quota. A merchant can get detailed, individual level information about users and events. Has powerful funnel and cohort analysis support.

How do you get the Mixpanel access?
A merchant can create their own Mixpanel account and share us the token and we can configure it in our website and apps.

C. Firebase: (only for apps) 
Since GA started recommending apps to move to Firebase analytics, we include support for this on our apps. This service is free to use.

How do you get the Firebase access?
Drop an email to [email protected] with the emails that have to be given the Firebase Dashboard access for your business along with the designated Role[Editor/Viewer] for it.

D. Appsflyer: (only for apps) 
This is useful for tracking the efficacy of online campaigns targeted towards app downloads. Also, known as “mobile attribution tracking 1”.

How do you get the Appsflyer access?
Step 1: Please create an Appsflyer account as an App Owner: https://www.appsflyer.com/get-started/
Step 2: Share with us the credentials/or add us as sub-admins, so that we can have the integration setup on the apps.

E. Google Tag Manager (GTM): (only for websites) 
This allows a merchant to add any other kind of tracking service that they wish to using Google’s tag manager dashboard. It is expected that the merchant (or the 3rd party contracted) have an understanding of the changes they are making, since incorrect configuration can break their website and/or make it significantly slow.
UrbanPiper have relied on ensuring that through GTM events with the necessary context gets captured.
