# Submitting an Aggregator Go-Live Request

### How to Request Go-Live on an Aggregator Platform

This guide walks you through submitting a Request to Go Live (RTGL) on an aggregator platform.

#### Step 1: Navigate to Platform Settings

1. Click **All Apps**
2. Go to **Settings → Platforms**

You'll see all active integrations for your business listed here.

#### Step 2: Create a Go-Live Request

1. Select the platform you want to go live on
2. Click **Create Request**
3. Fill in the required details (e.g., Swiggy Platform ID, Store URL)
4. Click **Publish and Activate Store** to submit

#### Step 3: Verification and Activation

Once submitted, the system will automatically:

* Verify your menu
* Raise a go-live request with the internal team

> **Note:** Going live typically takes **2–3 business days**, depending on the aggregator's SLA.

#### Step 4: Track Your Request

To monitor the status of any submitted request:

1. Click **View Details** on the relevant platform
2. The tracker displays:
   * Menu verification timestamp
   * Date the go-live request was submitted
   * Current mapping status

#### Confirmation

Once your store is live, you'll receive an **email notification** confirming that the store is active and the menu has been published.

### Talabat

Overview

This guide walks you through how to request a Talabat integration for an outlet that is already live on Talabat. If you are setting up a brand-new location, contact your Talabat account manager to initiate activation before following the steps below.

#### Prerequisites

Before raising a request, make sure you have the following details on hand:

* **Talabat Branch ID**
* **Talabat Chain ID**
* **Shop type - Talabat Go, Talabat Marketplace**
* **Integration Type - Tabletless or Tablet-based**

#### Steps to Raise a Request

1. Go to **Platform** > **Integrations** > **Talabat**.
2. Click **Create Request**.
3. Enter the Branch ID, Chain ID, and integration type for the location you want to take live.
4. Click **Submit**.

Once submitted, the team will pick up the request and coordinate with Talabat to enable the integration.

#### Go-Live Timeline

Talabat runs two mapping cycles per week. Your go-live will follow whichever cycle your request falls into.

**Cycle 1**

| Day     | Activity                                               |
| ------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Sunday  | Preliminary configuration and menu push access granted |
| Monday  | Menu to be pushed by POS integrator                    |
| Tuesday | Order relay configuration and test orders              |

**Cycle 2**

| Tuesday   | Preliminary configuration and menu push access granted |
| Wednesday | Menu to be pushed by POS integrator                    |
