{% embed url="<https://urbanpiper.portal.trainn.co/share/5cP8kQNl8wPx0qJr9gX37w>" %}

This guide will walk you through the simple steps to request your store to go live with an aggregator. Please note that this "Go Live" or "RTGL" (Request to Go Live) feature is currently supported for locations in India only.

#### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Location Tab: Start by navigating to the Location tab and searching for your specific location.
2. Select Your Location: Click the checkbox next to the location name you wish to activate.
3. Request to Go Live: Click on the Request to Go Live button and choose the aggregator you want to partner with.
4. Input Aggregator Details:
5. On the next screen, enter the aggregator's Platform ID.
6. Make sure you also add the correct URL for your location.
7. Double-check that both the Platform ID and the URL are accurate to avoid any delays.
8. Finalize Request: Click the Request to Go Live button one more time to submit your request.

You will receive a confirmation that your request has been successfully submitted. Your outlet is expected to be live within 3-5 working days.

Note: The "Go Live" feature is not available for all regions at this time. If your location is outside of India, you'll need to reach out to our support team to get your store activated with an aggregator. You can find their contact information in your UrbanPiper account.
